Each catering cart booking will have an additional catering fee that pays for prep work, shopping, set up fee, full service fee, etc.
This fee may differ from one customer to the next, depending on the size of your event, whether or not the location requires a travel fee, etc.
Auto gratuity on each catering event of 20%.
